Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior IT infrastructure specialist to design, deploy and manage enterprise-scale VMware environments. You will automate provisioning with PowerShell/Python, optimize performance, and contribute to OpenShift container modernization while documenting operations.

The role requires 10+ years of IT experience and 3-5 years of hands-on VMware virtualization, plus strong storage and networking knowledge to support large-scale infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of IT experience.
• 3–5 years hands-on VMware virtualization (vSphere/ESXi/vCenter).
• Strong virtualization administration, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Automation/scripting using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale virtual infrastructure.
• Knowledge of storage, networking and infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in VMware Virtualization (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
• Strong experience invirtualization administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Automation and scripting expertise using PowerShell and/or Python
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale virtual infrastructure environments
• Knowledge of storage,networking, and infrastructure operations

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Red Hat OpenShift or container platforms
• Experience with infrastructure automation and modernization initiatives
