Culture Entertainment Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to head private event sales, VIP table reservations, and corporate bookings for our premier nightlife venue.

You will drive top-line revenue by forming strategic partnerships and courting high-net-worth clients. You will lead a team of VIP hosts and promoters, collaborate with venue, beverage, operations, and marketing teams, and represent the venue to corporate clients, event planners, and nightlife VIP

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue through private venue buys-outs, corporate events, brand activations, private parties, and VIP bottle service to meet targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with concierge services, event planners, luxury brands and high-net-worth individuals.
• Supervise and mentor the sales team, VIP host staff and guest relations to elevate hospitality and upsell premium packages.
• Prospect new business, attend industry events, and collaborate with hospitality networks and tourism boards.
• Work with Venue Management, Beverage & Operations, and Marketing to deliver seamless events and tailored menus.
• Deliver weekly sales reports, manage contracts/deposits, and forecast revenue.
