Pacific International Lines Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Operations Planner to manage vessel schedules, port calls and bunker planning. You will coordinate with internal teams, terminals, vessel owners and partner carriers to maintain schedule integrity and service reliability.

Responsibilities include evaluating port rotations, drafting adjustments, and recovery plans for disruptions while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Tertiary Education in maritime studies, business or logistics preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in liner operations or maritime logistics.
• Experience with East/West Coast South America services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor vessel schedules and service performance to maintain schedule integrity.
• Develop recovery plans for deviations and coordinate with internal teams and partners.
• Evaluate speed adjustments, port rotation changes and berth changes to optimize costs.
• Coordinate recovery measures with internal teams, local agents, terminals and vessel owners.
• Plan vessel port calls, monitor berth availability, tides, draft and port congestion.
• Review port productivity and vessel turnaround times to prevent delays.
• Support deployment, phase-in/out, and network adjustments for service continuity.
• Prepare and coordinate stowage plans considering cargo commitments and draft limits.
• Ensure compliance with SOLAS, IMDG and company safety policies.
