The role demands strong hands-on Verigy/Advantest V93K experience to own, debug, and optimize ATE test programs through the product lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Electrical/Electronics and at least 5 years of semiconductor testing expertise, with proven skills in yield and failure analysis, test-time optimization, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor testing or test development.
• Proven hands-on V93K (V93000) tester experience.
• Experience with ATE test-program development and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Own, debug and support ATE test programs across the product lifecycle.
• Develop, integrate and optimize test programs on the V93K/V93000 platform.
• Analyze test results and yield data to identify root causes.
• Coordinate with Product, Design, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality and Test Engineering teams.
• Maintain test-program documentation and release records.
