Job summary

Thales Group in Singapore seeks a Test Engineer with strong V&V credentials for aviation and air traffic management systems. You will design and execute verification and validation activities, lead cross‑functional planning, and produce formal test documentation to ensure compliance with complex baselines.

The role requires 5+ years in test engineering of large real‑time software, ATM domain exposure, and collaborative working in SAFe environments. onsite Singapore work with global coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years of Test Engineering / Test Analyst experience with large real‑time software systems.
• ATM Verification and Validation experience including scenario design and execution.
• Experience in multi‑disciplinary teams and requirement analysis.
• Proven ability to review artefacts and manage defects.

Responsibilities

• Verify solution compliance to Functional Baseline requirements.
• Validate fitness for purpose per Operational Concepts.
• Lead V&V planning, estimation, and test activities across locations.
• Prepare and maintain Test Procedure Books and Test Reports.
• Mentor squad members and support Product Owner and Scrum Master.
