Job summary

Thales Singapore is seeking a Principal V&V Engineer to lead verification and validation activities for complex real-time software systems in the A&D and digital identity space. You will drive V&V objectives, design test strategies, and coordinate across internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure compliance with project baselines.

The role requires strong experience in Air Traffic Management domains, SAFe or similar Agile, and proficiency with V&V tools and standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years in Test Engineering / Verification & Validation of large real-time software systems.
• ATM domain knowledge including Airspace, Coordination, ATM HMI, Interpartition, Adaptation/Configuration.

Responsibilities

• Verify solution against Functional Baseline requirements.
• Validate fitness for purpose per Operational Concepts.
• Prepare and execute V&V activities in project plans and schedules.
• Lead technical working groups and mentor team members.
• Report test results and defects, manage test procedures and artefacts.
