Job summary

THALES Solutions Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Principal Integration Engineer to lead the integration of software and hardware components within a complex ATM system. You will coordinate integration activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless functioning of all components while meeting performance requirements.

You will work in an IPT or Agile squad, possibly engaging in Verification and Validation activities, and will develop automation and documentation to support program milestones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in integrating complex software-centric real-time systems.
• ATM domain experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot Virtualisation Platforms/Operating Systems (3+ years).
• Scripting: Python, Shell, XML – 3+ years.
• DevOps and automation tools: Ansible, Jenkins.
• Configuration management: Git (Bitbucket), JIRA.
• Cybersecurity: LDAP, AD, PKI.
• Networking: SNMP, UDP, TCP, IP.
• Strong debugging and system integration skills.
• Capable of working with multi-disciplinary teams across remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and test of software releases for systems and subsystems.
• Coordinate integration activities at Factory and Customer Site facilities.
• Contribute to planning, estimation, and backlog refinement.
• Set up environments to support integration, testing and validation.
• Define testing across multiple platforms (regression, interface, simulation).
• Collaborate with System, Subsystem and Infrastructure teams to align with design.
• Develop and deliver integration documentation and artefacts.
• Develop scripts to automate system administration tasks.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to junior integrators and V&V teams.
• Support risk assessment and mitigation actions.
