Job summary

Thales Group in Singapore is seeking an ATM Operations Expert to drive Future ATM initiatives within AIR Lab. You will bring deep knowledge of ANSP/ATMS environments, operate in Agile teams, and contribute to real-time, safety-critical ATM systems.

The role emphasizes customer advocacy, operational concept development, and hands-on testing of future air traffic management components, with training and workshops to propagate awareness across squads.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ANSP and ATMS technical deployment environments.
• Knowledge in software development, testing and validation platforms for ATM, real time software applications and/or safety critical systems.
• Experience working in Agile teams and understanding of Agile principles.

Responsibilities

• Act as Customer Advocate for Future ATM Operational Value and collaborate on trends and use cases.
• Assess trends and use cases in Future ATM.
• Develop ATM concept of operations and refine ATC user stories.
• Create, refine and groom use cases and their user stories; ensure they are clear and testable.
• Demonstrate and test operational components; assist in workshops and documentation.
• Provide ATM awareness training for squad members and support CAAS perspectives.
• Document CAAS vision of a future system and deliverables.
• Assess and validate operational benefits of AIR Lab use cases.
