Job summary

Thales in Singapore is seeking a Test Engineer / Test Analyst to verify and validate large real-time software systems within our ATM domain. You will contribute to requirement analysis, test design, and execution across Thales’ projects at various locations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, risk assessment, and continuous improvement to ensure system readiness for operational deployment. Strong communication and domain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
• Experience with verification and validation of large real-time software systems.
• Knowledge of Air Traffic Management (ATM) concepts and standards.

Responsibilities

• Verify solution conformance to Functional Baseline requirements.
• Validate system fitness for purpose per Operational Concepts.
• Participate in PI planning, backlog refinement and effort estimation.
• Conduct verification and validation tests per project plans and schedules.
• Report progress and defects in project management systems.
