Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd is seeking a Senior User Researcher to join the Research and Insights team within Group Design. You will lead end-to-end studies shaping how clients and employees experience digital banking and wealth products from discovery through to live journey usability.

You'll collaborate with design, product and business stakeholders to scope research questions, select appropriate methods, and turn findings into actionable, prioritized insights and journey maps that inform decision making at

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, HCI or related field.
• Portfolio with two or three case studies showing research that changed decisions, with your role clearly stated.
• 5–8 years of end-to-end research experience; fintech/digital banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scope research questions with design, product and business stakeholders and choose the method that answers them.
• Identify when research is required and when best practices suffice to guide stakeholders.
• Conduct generative and evaluative research (discovery interviews, concept testing, moderated/unmoderated usability testing, surveys, diary/ethnography).
• Turn findings into actionable deliverables with prioritized insights and journey maps for stakeholders.
• Present and defend findings to audiences from working level to senior stakeholders.
