Job summary

SCIENTE is seeking an experienced UX/UI designer to craft intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile apps. You will conduct user research, design wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver accessible design solutions aligned with business needs.

You will contribute to design systems, run usability testing, and communicate design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring high-quality outcomes across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UX/UI or Product Design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro).
• Experience creating user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with Product Owners, developers, and QA.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design user journeys, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into design solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Apply user-centred design principles from discovery through implementation and launch.
• Present and communicate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Contribute to design systems and UX best practices for continuous product improvement.
