Job summary
SANDP1T is seeking a UX Designer/Researcher/Consultant to craft delightful user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into concepts, prototypes and polished designs, while engaging stakeholders and guiding decisions to balance user needs with business goals.

Qualifications
- Experience creating delightful UX and UI design for large user bases.
- Strong portfolio showing user research, personas, discovery workshops, wireframes and digital designs.
- Experience producing UX prototypes and related artifacts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with service delivery lead, BA and developers on design ideation to deliver user-centric digital products.
- Work with developers to identify and solve UX problems and maximize business impact.
- Support Business Development with pitches and suggestions for prospective work.
- Manage multiple stakeholders by clarifying goals and communicating trade-offs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrate high-quality design practices in research, interaction and visual design.
