Job summary

Sciente International Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to shape the user experience and design direction across web and mobile products. You will lead the end-to-end design process, translating complex requirements into intuitive, accessible digital experiences, working closely with Product and Engineering teams from concept through implementation.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–8 years of UX/UI, Product Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design across web and mobile products.
Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
Strong knowledge of user-centered design, user research, usability testing, information architecture, accessibility, and responsive design.
Experience with user journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping.
Experience designing complex B2B, enterprise, or data-driven digital platforms.
Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in an Agile environment.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and design presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead UX/UI design across digital products and platforms, shaping intuitive, user-centered experiences across web and mobile.
Drive the end-to-end product design process, from user research and journey mapping to wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and final UI design.
Translate complex business requirements, data workflows, and enterprise processes into clear and seamless user experiences.
Own and evolve the design system, including reusable components, guidelines, and design standards across products.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders from discovery through implementation, ensuring design intent is effectively translated into the final product.
Facilitate UX workshops, design discussions, and design reviews to align stakeholders and drive design quality.
Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Champion UX/UI best practices, accessibility, consistency, and continuous improvement across digital products.
Explore relevant emerging UX/UI tools and technologies, including AI-enabled design tools, to improve user experiences and design processes.
