Job summary

Micron Singapore is seeking an Ultra Pure Water and Wastewater Treatment Engineer to lead the design, construction, and commissioning of UPW and wastewater systems for semiconductor facilities. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure safety and environmental compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, at least 6 years in UPW/wastewater, and strong leadership with project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in UPW and wastewater systems, with at least 3 years in wastewater within semiconductor/high-tech construction.
• Proficiency in water treatment design software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering of UPW and wastewater systems meeting semiconductor standards.
• Review specs, layouts, and drawings for filtration, deionization, and wastewater units.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate systems into the facility infrastructure.
• Oversee installation, construction, and commissioning to meet timelines and quality.
• Establish performance metrics and monitor operation during/after commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
