Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and/or Biomolecular Engineering and Environmental Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong analytical skills with SPC proficiency and advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
• Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage upgrade, engineering and maintenance of UPW and wastewater plants and related base builds.
• Lead targets and cost control for sustainability in water and waste.
• Drive continuous improvement to maximize uptime and production reliability.
• Ensure timely responses to out-of-spec conditions and implement corrective actions.
• Benchmark practices and align with site-wide safety and EHS standards.
