Job summary

Sonova Group is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to own the design system and UX standards across web and app platforms. You will lead strategic design decisions, translate briefs into actionable work, and collaborate with product owners, markets, and external partners to ensure accessibility, coherence, and strong brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX delivery across web and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Own the UX/UI design standard across web and app, ensuring coherence, accessibility, and brand alignment globally.
• Define and maintain a scalable design system usable by internal teams and agencies alike.
• Translate briefs from product owners into actionable design direction from concept to detailed specs.
• Champion user-centered design practices: lead usability reviews and advocate for end users.
