Job summary

Vinova is seeking a seasoned Senior UI/UX Designer to lead product design across web and mobile platforms, translating complex enterprise workflows into elegant interfaces. You will champion scalable design systems, collaborate directly with senior stakeholders, and drive the product lifecycle from concept to production.

You'll apply AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and documentation while upholding WCAG standards, usability benchmarks, and pixel-perfect execution

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of progressive UI/UX design experience.
• Experience presenting to enterprise clients, senior stakeholders, or C-suite executives.
• Advanced mastery of design tools (primarily Figma) and design systems.
• Working knowledge of AI-driven design tools.
• Strong understanding of user psychology, conversion optimization, and responsive layouts.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX processes and measurable impact.

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Senior UI/UX Designer to lead product design initiatives across high-impact web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will bridge user-centric design with strategic business thinking—translating complex enterprise workflows into elegant, intuitive, and responsive interfaces. Beyond core UX/UI execution, you will champion modern design operations, establish scalable design systems, collaborate directly with senior enterprise stakeholders, and leverage cutting-edge AI-assisted design tools to accelerate the product lifecycle from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Design: Drive the entire design process from discovery to delivery across web apps, portals, and mobile-responsive platforms. Develop user journeys, information architectures, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready high-fidelity interfaces.
• Stakeholder Management & Strategy: Collaborate directly with project managers, cross-functional teams, and C-level client executives. Unpack business objectives, conduct requirement discovery, present concepts compellingly, and iteratively refine solutions based on feedback.
• Design Systems & Developer Handoff: Build, scale, and govern consistent Figma-based design systems, component libraries, and style guides. Deliver meticulous design specifications and conduct UI/UX quality assurance during development to ensure pixel-perfect, responsive execution.
• AI-Enhanced Workflows & Innovation: Actively integrate AI-powered design tools into daily operations to accelerate ideation, user research, rapid prototyping, and workflow efficiency while maintaining high design craftsmanship.
• Quality, Usability & Mentorship: Enforce digital accessibility (WCAG), usability benchmarks, and web performance standards. Provide design guidance and reviews for junior team members while continuously optimizing internal design templates and methodologies.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 4–5+ years of progressive UI/UX design experience, with a proven track record of steering design initiatives across multiple concurrent projects.
• Enterprise & Stakeholder Exposure: Demonstrated experience presenting to and collaborating directly with enterprise clients, senior stakeholders, or C-suite executives. Background in government, fintech, or large-scale enterprise settings is a strong plus.
• Core Technical Tooling: Advanced mastery of industry-standard design tools (primarily Figma), alongside experience building and maintaining atomic design systems and interactive prototypes.
• Modern AI Proficiency: Working knowledge of AI-driven design and productivity tools to augment user research, visual exploration, and documentation workflows.
• Product & Strategic Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of user psychology, conversion optimization, responsive layouts, and cross-platform design constraints.
