Job summary

Zenika Singapore is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to partner with enterprises, translating complex requirements into elegant, user-centered interfaces. You will lead research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design across product teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of UI/UX experience, a strong portfolio, and expertise with Axure and familiarity with Figma/Sketch. Hybrid work arrangement and a supportive L&D culture are offered.

Responsibilities

YourRoleasaZenikaConsultant– Senior UI/UXDesigner

You will partner with enterprises to design digital products and services that make a meaningful impact. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final visual design
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to uncover insights and validate design decisions
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces
• Design service journeys, information architectures, and interaction flows that put the user first
• Champion design thinking and human-centered design within multi-disciplinary teams
• Ensure consistency by applying and evolving design systems and style guides

WhatYouBring

• At least 5 years of UI/UX design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, systems thinking, and user-centered solutions
• Advanced proficiency in Axure and familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Proven experience in user research, accessibility, and responsive design
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, 2D/3D Visualisation, Agile methods, and facilitation of workshops
