Job summary

Zenika is seeking a front-end consultant to craft seamless, user-centric web applications. You will work on client projects to shape exceptional interfaces using Angular, React, or Vue, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pixel-perfect experiences.

You’ll test with Jest, Enzyme, and Cypress, integrate APIs with back-end teams, and contribute to community events while enjoying a hybrid work arrangement and global learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience building dynamic, responsive web apps.
• Proficient with Angular, ReactJS, or Vue.js.
• Familiar with modern UI testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build dynamic, responsive, mobile-first web apps using Angular/React/Vue and tools like NPM, Webpack, Gulp, Grunt.
• Follow best practices in UI coding, including CSS in JS and state management.
• Write clean, reusable code adhering to modern JavaScript standards.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs and back-end engineers to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Conduct thorough testing with Jest, Enzyme, Cypress to ensure quality.
• Work with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and ensure data flow.

Your Role as a Zenika Consultant:

As a consultant, you’ll bring your front-end expertise directly to client projects, shaping exceptional user interfaces and experiences. You’ll work alongside client teams to:

• Build dynamic, responsive, and mobile-first web applications using frameworks like Angular, ReactJS, or Vue.js, and tools like NPM, Webpack, Gulp, and Grunt
• Follow best practices in UI coding, including CSS in JS, styled components, custom hooks, and state management (e.g., Flux, MVC, MVVM)
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while adhering to modern JavaScript standards and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and back-end engineers, to deliver pixel-perfect, functional, and responsive interfaces
• Conduct thorough testing using frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, and Cypress to ensure high-quality, bug-free software
• Work closely with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between the front and back end
