Qualifications

• Prepare Turkish and Mediterranean dishes to meet quality and taste standards.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control for all dishes.
• Monitor ingredient usage and minimize wastage to optimize kitchen efficiency.
• Supervise junior kitchen staff to maintain productivity and adherence to kitchen protocols.
• Maintain compliance with SFA food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Turkish and Mediterranean dishes, including kebabs, grilled meats, shawarma, and meze, to meet quality and taste standards.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control for all dishes served.
• Manage food preparation processes, monitor ingredient usage, and minimize food wastage to optimize kitchen efficiency.
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain productivity and adherence to kitchen protocols.
