Qualifications

B.S or M.S degree in Engineering, Materials/Polymer Science, or another related technical field.
7 years of professional experience in direct customer support or technical role in plastics, preferably Polyolefins.
Fluency in Korean for direct communication with Korean market stakeholders.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive projects forward.
Proven presentation and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Be the focal point for all technical matters related to customer work; develop deep relationships with key technical contacts and translate customer problems into testable hypotheses and experiments.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D to align priorities, coordinate activities, study polymers/additives, assess value, and translate technical value into commercial outcomes.
Support the innovation process as an active global technical community member; assist New Product Development and generate insights from market and industry knowledge.
