Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Escalations Enforcement Specialist to strengthen platform integrity and user safety across digital products.

You will review complex escalations in content, advertiser, commerce, and support areas, applying policies and sound judgement while coordinating with global stakeholders.

Hybrid work with about 3 office days per week, opportunity to handle sensitive content professionally, and a role for trusted professionals in trust & safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or escalations management.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making in ambiguous scenarios.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies consistently.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive content professionally.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve escalated cases accurately within service levels.
• Interpret policies and enforcement standards for complex cases.
• Investigate ambiguous situations and make balanced decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to reach resolutions.
• Document findings and communicate decisions clearly with rationale.
• Escalate cases requiring specialised review when needed.
• Stay updated with policy changes and regulatory developments.
• Support multiple escalation workflows as required.
• Contribute to a safe, trusted platform environment.
