Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Trust Officer to oversee a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures, delivering full ongoing administration and client service.

You will liaise with international clients, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and guide junior team members while coordinating with internal teams on billing, financial statements and records.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in trust, fiduciary, private wealth or corporate services.
• Solid knowledge of trust and corporate administration.
• Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members.
• Understanding governance, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with good attention to detail.
• STEP, CGI or similar professional qualification, or currently pursuing one, is an advantage.
