Job summary

Agricultural Bank of China Singapore is seeking a senior treasury leader to head the Branch’s Treasury function, ensuring policies and MAS guidelines are followed while guiding liquidity management and market analysis.

You will supervise Treasury dealers, oversee ALCO and related committees, and provide strategic recommendations to management based on market developments and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading treasury teams and directing liquidity policies.
• Strong understanding of asset and liability management and regulatory guidelines.
• Proven ability to analyse markets and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Branch’s Treasury function in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide market analysis and strategic recommendations to branch management.
• Oversee liquidity management and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Direct Treasury dealers in liquidity analysis and market monitoring.
• Review and monitor treasury transactions within authorized limits.
• Present analyses and updates to ALCO and senior committees.
