Job summary

ABeam Consulting Singapore is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive business and technology transformation for large-scale programs. You will lead cross‑functional delivery, design future operating models, and produce executive-level deliverables while engaging client stakeholders across functions.

Your role includes facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, managing issues, and supporting testing and change activities, with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a consulting firm.
Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, Fit‑Gap assessments, target‑state design, issue management, and implementation support.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, gather business requirements, and drive consensus.
Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and support functions on transformation initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other productivity tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; English and Japanese (business level) required.

Responsibilities

Lead business and transformation workstreams across large-scale change programs.
Assess operating models, processes, governance, and technology landscapes.
Design target operating models, processes, and governance frameworks.
Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, Fit‑Gap analysis, and issue resolution.
Develop deliverables including business requirements, process maps, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure program delivery and stabilize after go-live.
Support testing, change management, and PMO-related activities.
