ABeam Consulting (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead AML and compliance‑related transformation initiatives in our Singapore office. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across business, IT, and external vendors to deliver on‑time, within‑budget outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of banking processes and AML controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, IT or PM.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in financial services.
• At least 5 years managing AML/compliance projects in banking/financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for AML projects in Singapore office.
• Lead cross-functional teams with AML, Planning, Operations, and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain project plans: scope, timelines, milestones, budgets.
• Drive execution by coordinating activities and ensuring quality and governance.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with senior management and IT teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; resolve issues to protect objectives.
• Monitor progress, milestones, status reports, and governance
• Oversee vendor management including contracts and performance reviews.
• Evaluate change requests; conduct impact assessments and approvals.
• Ensure QA across deliverables and coordinate UAT.
• Align outcomes with AML compliance and regulatory standards.
