DBS Asia Gateway is looking for a Senior Transfer Agency Operations professional to manage key TA processes in Singapore. You will screen investors, authorize payments, and handle queries from auditors and clients while contributing to process improvements.

The role requires at least 6 years in a Transfer Agency or related field, with strong AML/FATCA/CRS knowledge. You will work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Transfer Agency services including performance computation.
• AML checks and FATCA/CRS reporting experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and extend working hours where necessary.
• Effective communication with product owner, external customers, counterparties and internal BUs.

Aufgaben

• Perform Transfer Agency Roles and functions.
• Carries out appropriate and regular screening of Fund Investors and review all identification records.
• Authorize transactions and payments input by processing staff.
• Attend to auditor / customer / external parties' queries.
• Investigation and rectification of problems / errors.
• Compilation / collection of transactions / processing statistics.
• Update of procedures / BCP / DRP manuals.
• Participate in system enhancements and projects.
