Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Transaction Banking, esp. Cash Management, Payments & Collections.
• Proven ability to write BRDs and supporting docs for sign-off by stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation skills to convey requirements to IT, Ops, Compliance and Business teams.
• Experience creating operational procedures and product guides.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
• Analyse processes, data, customer needs and system limitations.
• Prepare BRDs and sign-off documents for stakeholders.
• Support Fit & Gap analyses and review technical documents.
• Create process guides and operational procedures.
• Coordinate risk assessments across product, IT and financial crime.
• Lead Product Working Group meetings and track actions.
• Coordinate with regional teams and partner banks to keep delivery on track.
• Manage risks, issues, follow-ups and escalations.
• Provide regular project updates to PMO.
• Plan and execute UAT, including test cases and result validation.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer.
