Job summary

Longbridge Singapore is expanding its Compliance Team with a Manager role focused on Trade Surveillance. You will monitor trading activity, review alerts, and investigate indicators of market abuse, including insider dealing, spoofing and wash trades, to strengthen surveillance controls.

You will design and refine surveillance scenarios, partner with Tech and Trading, and advise on regulatory requirements. This role demands strong analytical skills and experience with surveillance systems in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in trade surveillance or market compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore securities regulations (SFA, MAS) and exchange rules.
• Hands-on experience with trade/order surveillance and case management.
• Mandarin is an advantage for reviewing activity and communicating with regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trade and order activity and review alerts for potential market abuse.
• Investigate suspicious trading patterns and document investigation findings.
• Analyse order, execution and account data and escalate material cases.
• Develop and tune surveillance scenarios and detection rules is preferred.
• Support compliance reporting, audits and regulatory inquiries.
