Responsibilities

• Monitor trading activities and investigate unusual transactions.
• Review surveillance alerts and identify market misconduct.
• Conduct preliminary investigations and elevate suspicious activities.
• Maintain and enhance market surveillance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Support regulatory compliance activities, including reporting and internal control reviews.
• Liaise with regulators, external authorities, and internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Assist in strengthening corporate governance and internal processes.
• Support whistleblowing investigations and other compliance projects.
