Responsibilities

• Oversee Trade Finance operations and reporting to ensure timely processing.
• Manage offshore operations including service delivery and SLA adherence.
• Strengthen controls through transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and risk mitigation.
• Lead risk and control governance with regulatory compliance and audit standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitization to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Manage operational incidents and remediation with root-cause analysis.
• Provide SME support on risk, AML, compliance, and process design for new initiatives.
• Develop data analytics and productivity reporting including capacity planning.
• Enhance customer service by coordinating stakeholder communication and inquiries.
• Lead team development, knowledge sharing, and succession planning to ensure resilience.
