• Drive continuous improvement and digitization to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Manage operational incidents and remediation with root-cause analysis.
• Provide SME support on risk, AML, compliance, and process design for new initiatives.
• Develop data analytics and productivity reporting including capacity planning.
• Enhance customer service by coordinating stakeholder communication and inquiries.
• Lead team development, knowledge sharing, and succession planning to ensure resilience.

2. Manage offshore operations, including service delivery, SLA adherence, quality standards, and issue resolution.
3. Strengthen operational controls through transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and risk mitigation initiatives.
4. Lead risk and control governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.
5. Drive continuous improvement and digitization initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce operational risk, and support business growth.
6. Manage operational incidents and remediation, including root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures.
7. Provide SME support on risk, AML, compliance, and process design for new products, projects, and strategic initiatives.
8. Develop data analytics and productivity reporting, including capacity planning, performance metrics, and management insights.
9. Enhance customer service standards by managing stakeholder communication, resolving client inquiries, and driving service improvements.
10. Lead team development and engagement, including knowledge sharing, succession planning, business continuity, and operational resilience initiatives.
