Direct Search Global seeks an experienced Trade Finance Manager in Singapore to oversee the full lifecycle of trade finance activities, including letters of credit, collections, and standby facilities. You will review documentation, manage timelines, and collaborate with banks and internal teams to drive accurate, compliant transactions.

Formación

• Experience in trade finance, especially letters of credit and documentary collections.
• Strong documentation review skills and attention to detail.
• Experience liaising with banks and internal teams to process transactions within deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full trade finance lifecycle across LC, collections, and guarantees.
• Review documents for accuracy and compliance with banking requirements.
• Prepare, review and submit trade finance applications and amendments within deadlines.
• Detect discrepancies and resolve issues with banks and counterparties.
• Track facilities usage, utilisation, maturity dates, charges and financing costs.
• Maintain communication with relationship banks on documentation, pricing and requirements.
• Ensure adherence to AML, sanctions, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal and Compliance teams.
• Provide input for cash flow planning and funding capacity.
• Mentor and support junior team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.
