Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions is seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to own digital products within Port, Shipping or Corporate domains. You’ll drive outcomes across the full lifecycle, from problem framing to delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.

This is a product ownership role, not mere project coordination. Senior hires may mentor other PMs and shape product practices across Digital Enterprise, collaborating with engineers, architects, vendors and business owners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in product management or digital solution ownership.
• Strong technical foundation including architecture, integration and data basics.
• Experience with Agile or iterative delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, outcomes and roadmap aligned with business needs.
• Engage users and stakeholders to identify problems and priorities.
• Translate needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Prioritise backlog based on value, risk and constraints.
• Guide iterative delivery and releases with engineering teams and vendors.
• Own post go-live outcomes including adoption and stability.
• Analyse issues and drive root cause analysis.
