Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science; MS preferred.
- 5–8 years of engineering/program management and Scrum Master experience in fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and risk-management capabilities.
- Experience with scaled Agile, TDD, CI and cloud/mobile development.
Responsibilities
- Lead agile cross-functional teams from concept to deployment.
- Translate customer problems into solution requirements.
- Manage budgets, risks and milestones across large programs.
- Coordinate with Sales, IT, Finance, Marketing and Engineering.
