OneOcean is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the TM Master backlog and drive strategy in a maritime context. You will collaborate with engineering in an Agile environment to deliver high-impact features that improve compliance, efficiency, and vessel performance, while engaging ship managers and crews for genuine insights.

The role requires deep domain knowledge of TM Master, PMS, and maritime operations, with a focus on data-driven decision making and KPI tracking.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years as Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B environment.
• Strong Agile/Scrum background delivering complex software at scale.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritise large, complex backlogs.
• Solid maritime industry experience with TM Master PMS and related operations.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage the TM Master product backlog with clear prioritisation.
• Translate strategy into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering in Agile/Scrum to deliver releases.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
• Engage maritime customers to gather insights and validate requirements.
• Act as voice of the customer for onboard and ashore solutions.
• Align with Sales, Support, and Implementation teams.
