Job summary

Amazon Asia-Pacific Resources Private Limited (Singapore) seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure Reliability and Quality (IRQ) to lead end-to-end quality and reliability initiatives across AWS data-center infrastructure and NPD programs.

You will manage cross-functional teams, own KPI reporting, and drive risk mitigation with engineering, procurement, and external partners to ensure gates, budgets, and schedules align with leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams.
• 4+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
• Experience defining KPIs/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
• Lean Six Sigma experience or equivalent.
• MBA or Master's degree in engineering, management, or technology.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end quality and reliability qualification and sustaining programs for highly complex, mission-critical products.
• Learn and understand the AWS data center lifecycle globally.
• Project manage the IRQ Engineering NPD portfolio across scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risk, and reporting.
• Interface with Quality and Reliability Engineering teams to standardize inputs/outputs globally.
• Sync with TPMs and Product Managers to align reliability and quality deliverables to major program milestones.
• Develop technical reliability and quality evaluation plans for mechanical and power generation product portfolios with engineering teams.
• Work with external partners to facilitate testing, qualification, and analysis.
• Own supplier readiness for NPDs.
• Estimate and manage budget requirements per project; allocate resources.
• Report progress bi-weekly to executive leadership and build program-level metrics.
