Job summary

Dassault Systèmes in Singapore is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to drive market-competitive compensation and benefits programs in a global matrix. You will lead salary benchmarking, budget alignment, and rewards development across multiple countries.

The role requires 8-10 years in compensation & benefits, a finance or HR degree, and strong analytical and communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of Compensation & Benefits experience or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Human Resources is preferred.
• Hands on experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation processes, incentive plans, benefits and reward programs within a global matrixed organization.
• Ability to analyze trends, and provide insights from internal and external data.
• Managing complex budgets across multiple countries, keeping in mind corporate policies, processes and best practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; Fluent in English.

• Manage compensation and benefits programs including annual processes, salary range development, and program management.

• Partner with global and local HR teams to drive a consistent total rewards strategy and framework.
• Provide stakeholders with a market-leading total rewards experience and level of service.
• Manage Total Rewards programs in alignment with global objectives.

Job Description & Role Responsibility:

• Ensure market competitiveness and recommend cost-effective methods to enhance talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement through the development of effective total rewards, provides market intelligence and competitive market benchmarking
• Manage delivery of compensation and benefits programs such as the annual compensation process, salary range development, benefits program management/renewal, mergers and acquisitions, and program development in alignment with global objectives
• Ensures that accurate estimates, forecasts and calculations of expenditures in compensation align with budget planning and tracking
• Interfaces with business leaders, other HR leaders on critical total rewards initiatives, including comp budget planning, executive compensation review, benefits program, etc.
• Partners closely with global and local HR teams along with executive leaders to drive a consistent and aligned total rewards strategy and framework
• Provides key stakeholders with a market leading total reward experience and level of service
• Manage Total Rewards programs and such as the annual compensation process, salary range development and program development in alignment with global objectives
