Innergy Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to join a well-established global corporate conglomerate. The role focuses on compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, incentives, and HR analytics across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of C&B experience, strong Excel skills, and exposure to benchmarking tools such as Mercer, Korn Ferry, or WTW. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI would be a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years of Compensation & Benefits experience, ideally regional or multinational.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills with benchmarking experience.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI is a plus.
Familiarity with Mercer, Korn Ferry or WTW benchmarking tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support annual compensation activities including salary reviews, bonus exercises, budgeting, and incentive programmes.
Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitiveness.
Maintain job grading frameworks, salary structures, and reward policies.
Prepare workforce cost reports and HR metrics for management decisions.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on compensation and benefits issues.
Coordinate administration of employee benefits programmes with external vendors.
Ensure data integrity in HR systems and reporting platforms.
Assist in job evaluations, internal equity reviews, and compensation studies.
Contribute to regional/global rewards projects and process improvements.
Prepare dashboards and analytical reports for management and HR stakeholders.
Support governance, compliance, and audit activities related to compensation and benefits.
