Job summary

OKX is seeking a talented product manager to join our Listing Product team, driving token listings strategy in regulated markets such as the US and Europe.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to build scalable listing pipelines, shape roadmap, and ensure compliant onboarding of assets for core user segments.

The role requires 3–5+ years in product management within crypto, fintech, or regulated finance and strong stakeholder influence across multiple levels.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in product management, product strategy, or business operations.
• Experience in crypto or regulated financial services environments.
• Strong communication and execution mindset with leadership impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute listing and product strategy in regulated markets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable listing frameworks.
• Partner with BD, listing operations, and trading teams to onboard assets.
• Leverage data to refine token prioritization, eligibility, and risk controls.
• Work with Marketing/Growth to amplify listings and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship listing features and compliance workflows.
