Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Product Manager to lead token listing initiatives in regulated markets. The role focuses on shaping the roadmap, overseeing cross-functional execution, and ensuring compliant, scalable listing pipelines for assets across major markets.

You will work with teams across BD, operations, and engineering to define asset eligibility, risk controls, and onboarding processes, driving growth and user adoption in a fast-evolving crypto environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or business operations.
• Crypto exchange, fintech, or regulated financial services experience.
• Crypto asset classifications and regulatory frameworks familiarity.

• Develop and execute listing and product strategy in regulated markets as a core product offering to our users and drive growth.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop scale and efficient listing frameworks aligned with evolving regulatory requirements in jurisdictions such as the US, EU and other key markets.
• Partner with business development, listing operations, and trading product teams to discover high-quality assets and to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Leverage data and market insights to refine listing strategies over token prioritization, eligibility scoring, and risk controls

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and driven product manager to join our Listing Product team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role responsible for driving the roadmap, execution, and strategy of token listings in regulated markets (e.g., US, Europe). You’ll be benchmarking against industry leaders, helping us build the most robust, compliant, and scalable token listing pipeline in the industry.
