Job summary

OKX is seeking a talented product manager for the Listing Product team to drive the roadmap, execution, and strategy of token listings in regulated markets (US, EU, and others). You will benchmark against industry leaders, build a robust and compliant listing pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard high-quality assets.

The role requires 3–5+ years in product management or related fields, preferably in a crypto exchange or fintech environment.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in product management, product strategy, or business operations.
Experience in crypto exchange, fintech, or regulated financial services helpful.
Strong understanding of crypto asset classifications and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute listing and product strategy in regulated markets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to scale listing frameworks and meet regulatory requirements.
Partner with business development, listing operations, and trading product teams to source assets.
Leverage data to refine token prioritization, eligibility scoring, and risk controls.
Collaborate with marketing to promote listings and drive adoption.
Work with engineering and design to ship listing features and compliance workflows.
