Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own institutional partner products such as Custody, Brokerage, and Fees & Incentive Programs. Lead cross‑functional teams to ship features that drive client adoption, trading volume, and revenue.

Qualifications

• PM experience in a crypto exchange or custody/clearing domains.
• Deep market knowledge of liquidity and institutional crypto markets.
• Experience designing incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates).
• Ability to translate client feedback into prioritized product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define product direction and roadmaps for Custody OES and related services.
• Grow client and partner base; optimize self-service portals and automation.
• Own fee schedules and incentive programs; build ROI-based business cases.
• Develop AI-enabled market research and program operations tools.
• Communicate strategy and trade-offs to leadership and clients.
