Job summary

Flex Ltd, via its Axiom team, is seeking a Staff Thermal Engineer in Kallang, Singapore to support die-in-class thermal design and integration across advanced products. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with design, EMC, SI and PCB teams, plus supplier engagement and project execution through development cycles.

The position focuses on implementing new thermal technologies for high density power modules and energy storage products, with a strong emphasis on up-to-date standards

Qualifications

• Experience in thermal design architecture evaluation
• Familiarity with thermal/acoustic estimation against product requirements
• Knowledge of high density power modules and energy storage products would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate thermal design feasibility and architecture.
• Perform thermal/acoustic estimation and verification against product requirements.
• Research and implement thermal technologies for high density power modules and energy storage products.
• Manage supplier relationships and cross-functional communication.
• Lead technical projects and collaborate across internal teams throughout development cycles.
• Coordinate with design teams to resolve trade-offs between thermal and EMC/SI/PCB considerations.
