Job summary

Axiom in Singapore is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer to support teams that build power, thermal and compute solutions for data centers and utilities. The role focuses on developing cutting-edge power platforms from concept through prototypes and ensuring design quality and performance within schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in power electronics or electrical automation, with 5 years of relevant experience (or 2 years if PhD).

Qualifications

Master (or above) in power electronics or electrical, automation.
5 years’ experience for Master degree, 2 years’ experience for PhD degree, in high power system digital control and simulation (SST, AIDC, EV fast charger).
Strong digital control knowledge (TI C2000 or equivalent) and modeling/simulation of power systems.
Familiar with engineering tools such as Matlab/Simulink, MatchCAD, PLECS, PADs.
Self-motivated, passionate work, good team work.

Responsibilities

Developing leading-edge power platform from concept to prototype within defined requirements.
Power system design including system-level modeling and topology architecture.
Solve technical problems encountered during development phases.
Collaborate across functional teams to ensure product meets specifications, cost targets, and schedule.
Provide design support and solve issues during product design stage.
