Job summary

Axiom is building digital and electrical infrastructure for the AI era in Singapore. We are seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer to lead design from concept to production, maintaining quality programs and improvements.

You will collaborate across teams to meet specifications, cost targets, and schedules, making topology and component decisions, and mentoring engineers while ensuring EMC and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor (or above) in power electronics or electrical, automation.
• 10 years design experience in power supply design.
• mi-high power products development from prototype to mass production.
• Strong power electronics / power supply design knowledge.
• Familiar with AC/DC PSU EMC and Safety regulations.
• Familiar with engineering tools such as MatchCAD, SIMetrix, PSIM, PADs.

Responsibilities

• Design and development from concept to production within defined requirements.
• Work across functional teams to ensure product meets specs, cost targets and schedule.
• Design concept decisions including topology architecture, component selection, PCB layout, EMC, Safety, Reliability.
• Provide technology leadership and solve technical problems throughout development.
