Job summary

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All in Singapore seeks a Senior Engineer to lead Test Development, designing automated test systems for high‑volume manufacturing and production testing.

You will develop test software in C, C++, C#, WPF, and .NET Core, build test fixtures, analyze data, and drive improvements in yield, cycle time, and reliability.

Experience in medical devices or consumer electronics and NPI programs is highly valued; collaboration with suppliers and cross‑functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in testing or manufacturing test development.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing preferred.
• NPI experience desirable.
• Experience in medical devices or consumer electronics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, validate, and maintain automated test systems for manufacturing.
• Develop test software applications using C, C++, C#, WPF, and .NET Core.
• Design and implement test fixtures, hardware interfaces, and related equipment.
• Analyze test methodologies to reduce cycle time and improve yield.
• Support NPI activities from concept to production deployment.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for test systems.
• Create and maintain test documentation and compliance records.
