Job summary

AMD Singapore is seeking a Master/Bachelor in Electrical/Electronic Engineering for an MTS Test Engineer role. You will lead test solutions for next-generation AMD products, including pre-silicon characterization, yield optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with design, platform engineering, and foundry teams.

The role requires strong DFT/ATE expertise, programming skills (Python/C++), and a proactive, independent mindset in a multi-tasking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Semiconductor industry.
• Strong DFT and ATE test methodologies.
• Functional test pattern development, Pre-silicon simulation and debug experience.
• Experience with Mentor / Synopsys / Cadence EDA.

Responsibilities

• Developing characterization and test coverage strategies/plans during pre-silicon phase.
• Establishing pattern requirements and driving Design Verification deliveries during pre-silicon phase.
• Executing the defined characterization and test plans on new silicon.
• Delivery of optimized test and product definitions across PVT corners to meet business requirements.
• Interface with global teams across the organization on root cause resolution for device failures.
