Job summary

Schneider Electric Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Associate in Tender Management to lead the full tendering lifecycle, from analyzing customer requirements to crafting competitive proposals that win. You'll drive revenue through strategic bid leadership and ensure cross-BU collaboration.

You will develop high-quality tender submissions by reusing proven solutions, assessing risk, and ensuring technical compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)
• At least 3 years tendering or proposal experience for power projects (LV/MV, Transformer) / Power Monitoring System
• Strong tendering process, offer development, and commercial strategy
• Ability to analyse tender documents, drawings and specifications and translate requirements into compliant proposals

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for power distribution systems and Power Monitoring Systems per tender requirements
• Manage end-to-end tendering process with timely submissions under tight deadlines
• Ensure smooth handover of awarded projects to execution team with documentation and key requirement briefings
