Schneider Electric Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate in Tender Management to lead the full tender lifecycle, from analyzing customer requirements to crafting competitive proposals that win. This role offers high visibility and a real commercial impact.

You will develop technical and commercial submissions for power distribution systems and Power Monitoring Systems, ensure on-time delivery, and hand over awarded projects to execution teams with comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
• 3+ years tendering/estimation/proposal experience for power distribution or Power Monitoring Systems.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes, offers and commercial strategy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to translate drawings/specifications into compliant proposals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for power distribution systems and Power Monitoring Systems.
• Manage end-to-end tendering process with timely submission and high quality output.
• Handover awarded projects to execution teams with proper documentation and briefings.
